While I was researching this article about moving http worpdress sites to https from kinsta.com they referenced an SSL Certificate validation tool by ssllabs.com. I checked out the tool and it’s surprisingly robust for a free tool. I’m mostly referencing it here for myself and hopefully these back references give them a little seo boost as well.
